If you have any complaint about the care you, or your relative receives you should, in the first instance, approach the Manager.
The Manager will make a written report of your complaint, complete with the date and time of the complaint being made.
If, after five working days, the Manager has not resolved your complaint to your satisfaction then you should approach the directors of MGB Cares Services, telephone number 0115 982 6644.
The directors will make a written report of your complaint, noting the date and time of the report.
If after five working days, the complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction you should contact the Care Quality Commission and Inspection Manager at the address below...
