REPORTS:HOME MANAGER/TEAM LEADER (STAFF NURSE)/ OR SHIFT LEADER
ACCOUNTABLE TO: MGB CARE SERVICES LTD
JOB SUMMARY: To ensure the provision of an efficient catering operation.
JOB TITLE:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To prepare nutritional food to a high standard, taking into account any special dietary requirements.
2. To ensure that a high standard of hygiene is maintained.
3. To plan weekly residents menu.
4. To record any changes in the weekly menu.
5. To purchase weekly foods.
6. To account for all monies issued and receipts obtained.
7. To monitor and record fridge/freezer temperatures.
8. To ensure safe storage of equipment.
9. To keep up to date with current legislation requirements Food Health & Safety standards.
10. To undertake other duties as necessary.
