Managed By: Senior Operational Manager
Accountable To: MGB Care Services Ltd

Job Summary:
To assist in the provision of a comprehensive administrative service to MGB Care Services Ltd and to present a good image to professionals and agencies who visit.
Responsibilities include:
To provide reception and hospitality service and to assist in maintaining an efficient communication system within the organisation
To maintain a professional image and confidentiality at all times
To assist the Senior Manager in the preparation of CRB disclosures
To assist the Senior Manager / Home Managers in the booking of mandatory training courses for nursing and care staff
To support the administrator in the production and maintenance of personnel records
To type correspondence, reports, and policies. Maintain current filing system, updating when appropriate.
To take meeting minutes, type and distribute
Use of fax machine, photocopier, laminator & binding machine.
Placing telephone orders for stationery and various clinical items requested by the administrator
To assist in all recruitment drives, organise interviews, liaise with potential candidates
To participate in MGB Care Services training / appraisal scheme as part of personal development.
